Patrick Autocare has a dedicated insurance team to handle, process, report and complete all claims.
Training
Prior to appointment, all drivers and operators are trained in all aspects of customer requirements. These include receiving the vehicles, inspection reports, build processes, loading and unloading of vehicles, OH & S requirements, damage reporting, accident reporting, ePOD usage, meeting customer requirements and exceeding their expectations.
