The paperless Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) system has been developed in conjunction with leading vehicle manufacturers to provide a fully automated system for tracking, recording and managing the delivery of vehicles for customers. To support the Just-In-Time vehicle delivery process, a highly integrated solution was created to connect, streamline and improve the flow of real time information.

Better Management

Management reporting is facilitated by the Patrick Autocare AS400 (PAC) system. The PAC system enables the generation of performance reports, to measure the process from vehicle receipt to final delivery, based on real-time data captured via the ePOD process.

Real-Time Data

Real-time data is captured via bar code scanners and the ePOD system. Each truck driver is equipped with a hand held ePOD unit to electronically capture all vehicle delivery transactions.
